A member of the team will assess your Online Consultation and be in touch shortly (usually within 24-48 working hours). Please expect a phone call from 01943 882011 or an email from nurse@skinsurgeryclinic.co.uk.
- If we have enough detailed information to be able to book you in for your procedure with a Consultant/Doctor now, we will call you to arrange the appointment. Please note that a 50% deposit of the procedure cost will need to be taken at the time of booking.
- If you need to see a Nurse for a free consultation prior to treatment, we require a completely refundable £50 deposit to secure your appointment. This will be refunded if either party decides not to go ahead with treatment.
- If you would like to book a consultation with a Consultant/Doctor prior to treatment, we ask for payment in full. Prices range from £95 to £175 for a consultation.
Our team assess Online Consultations on weekdays, so please give us a little longer to respond if you’ve entered your consultation at the weekend. You are always welcome call us on 01943 882011 during clinic opening times if you have any further questions.

We require 24 hours prior notice of any appointment cancellation. This allows appointments to be reallocated to another patient and avoids cancellation fees being charged to you.
