Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance
Current status: Open
We are offering appointments again for all types of treatment and procedure. Demand is high and our capacity is reduced, so please enquire soon. Information about changes we have made during lockdown is on our Reopening Safely page.
We are contacting patients whose appointments were cancelled during the closure. Some treatments are fully booked and we’re working hard to allocate extra capacity within the safety arrangements we have introduced.
We’re processing Online Consultations as normal, so that new patients are ready to book in for treatment without further delay.
What safety and PPE measures do you have in place?
We used the time during lockdown to review all our cleanliness and hygiene policies, and trial enhanced safety procedures.
With the help of our medical leadership, we’ve modified the reception and waiting areas and introduced new PPE guidelines for all staff and patients. So if you’ve visited us before, a few things will look slightly different.
There are more details on our Reopening Safely page.
Infection control and using PPE are not new challenges to us. As a fully regulated medical clinic, we have always been required to have strict policies and procedures in place. These were given warm positive feedback in our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection report, in Autumn 2019.
What happened to my appointment? When will it happen?
We have contacted all patients who were booked in with us during the closure period. Our team will contact you as soon as we can offer you a rescheduled appointment.
What’s happened during the closure?
During this period our Doctors and Surgeons have been continuing their work on the front line within the NHS. The rest of our team have been working remotely, caring for their families, or both!
Can I make a booking now?
Most of our treatments begin with an Online Consultation before we can make an appointment for your procedure or treatment. If you’ve already done this, we’ll be contacting you as soon as we can.
Some surgical procedures, including Upper Blepharoplasty eyelid lifts, Rhinophyma treatment and some earlobe procedures require an in-person consultation. Please call us.
