Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance
Updated: 12/04/21
Current status: Open
We are open as normal for diagnosis, treatments and procedures.
Demand is high and our capacity remains reduced to assist with cleaning and social distancing procedures, so please enquire soon.
Information about changes we have made since the pandemic began is on our Reopening Safely page.
Can I make a booking now?
Yes! Most of our treatments begin with an Online Consultation before we can make an appointment for your procedure or treatment. If you’ve already done this, we’ll be contacting you as soon as we can.
Some surgical procedures, including Upper Blepharoplasty eyelid lifts, Rhinophyma treatment and some earlobe procedures require an in-person consultation. Please call us.
What safety and PPE measures do you have in place?
We used the time during the first lockdown to review all our cleanliness and hygiene policies, and trial enhanced safety procedures.
With the help of our medical leadership, we modified the reception and waiting areas and introduced new PPE guidelines for all staff and patients.
Clinic staff have all been offered vaccination by the NHS.
There are more details on our Reopening Safely page.
Infection control and using PPE are not new challenges to us. As a fully regulated medical clinic, we have always been required to have strict policies and procedures in place. These were given warm positive feedback in our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection report, in Autumn 2019.
