He uses a local flap of skin from her cheek to help close the wound without distorting her nostril. This patient needed to return to the clinic a week after her procedure to have her stitches removed.
Mr Watt and the assisting healthcare Caroline then gave aftercare advice to our patient and explained the next steps to ensure that the patient is cancer-free.
