We’re delighted to announce that we have received the inaugural Platinum Trusted Service Award from our feedback partners, Feefo.
For ten years, Skin Surgery Clinic has had a mission to be a trusted provider of skin treatments and minor surgical procedures. Our Consultant-led team carries out over 1,800 procedures per year. Our unique facility in Leeds has earned a reputation for being Yorkshire’s largest and most trusted skin clinic.
We partner with the independent feedback platform Feefo to collect testimonies and review from our patients. Each year, Feefo recognises a small number of businesses across the country with its Gold Trusted Service award. Winning the Gold award is not easy. To qualify, a company must reach high standards for the number and average rating of reviews submitted by its customers.
Skin Surgery Clinic had twice previously won this Gold Award for excellence in service, as rated by our patients after their treatment.
Now we are one of the first companies in the UK to win Feefo’s new Platinum Award for achieving this excellence for three consecutive years.
This award will be given to a handful of businesses who have maintained extremely high levels of service, without exception and over a long period of time, so that they can truly be described as having provided sustained excellence in service.
