After a year that has challenged us all, we’re absolutely delighted to announce that we have once again been named among the winners of Feefo’s highest accolade, the Platinum Service Award.
Feefo is a third party reviews platform that we use to gather authentic patient feedback.
The Platinum Award is given for three consecutive years of receiving high numbers of rewards while maintaining an extremely high average rating. Only a small number of businesses in the whole country qualify.
A special team
The award reflects the incredible dedication of our medical team throughout the pandemic. From only remaining open to treat urgent skin cancer patients in the original lockdown, to operating safely through all the different restrictions in summer, autumn and winter, we’ve done our best to provide our services safely and calmly.
In fact, our reviews this year have often highlighted how safe patients have felt when visiting the clinic, because of how organised and professional our staff are in taking care of them.
