“I had my ears stretched for over 15 years and made the decision to have them re-constructed prior to my upcoming wedding in 2026. I had always loved having them stretched but after some dermatitis flare-ups, I decided now was the right time.
I felt a little nervous on the day of my procedure, as I would expect most people feel on the day of any surgery, however I did feel very well prepared and excited! I was excited to see how my new earlobes were going to look.
The recovery from this procedure was very easy and straight forward! I had no pain post-operatively at all. I kept the dressings in place for the recommend time, ensuring to not get them wet, and kept my surgical sites clean once the dressings were removed.
I feel relieved that the procedure went exactly as planned, that the recovery went well and that the healing process has been problem free. I am very happy with my reconstructed ear lobes, and can’t believe how well they have healed in such a short amount of time.
