“Before arriving at the clinic, I was nervous. My nerves were mainly for the aftermath and whether I was making the right or wrong choice having it removed. I was so scared of having a big scar that would be worse than the mole itself! I was a little sceptical that the images used for advertising were rare examples of such good results – how wrong I was.
Once I arrived at the clinic with my husband everyone was so lovely and I felt immediately at ease. The nurse who assisted surgery was amazing, she chatted to me lots and made me feel so calm and finally excited! I came away feeling wonderful.
The first few days were absolutely fine. I kept the plaster on for a day, as instructed. Once I took the plaster off the area looked really clean and neat. After a few days, once the scab appeared, it did look a bit unsightly. Who wants a big brown scab on their face? But within the week it had dried and fallen off. Going into week 2 after the procedure and it looks brilliant. The results are so quick and pain free. Totally worth it for a few days with a scab!
I feel much more confident now and don’t have any worries about the future of what ifs!”
