What are my options for Split Earlobe Repair?
Split earlobe repair is a surgical procedure carried out in the Minor Operations Suites (MOPS) at our clinic in Guiseley by one of our Consultant Plastic Surgeons.
The procedure involves the removal of the damaged skin around the torn earlobe before reattaching both sides. The length of time to repair one split earlobe is roughly around 30 minutes.

We also offer reconstruction of earlobes that have been stretched by gauging or heavy piercings.

Who carries out this procedure
What is the process for Split Earlobe Repair Surgery?
Before we can book in for this procedure, you will need to be assessed by either a Nurse or via our Online Consultation Form.
Once a consultation has been completed and you have been medically approved, an appointment date will be made for the procedure. Please note that a 50% deposit will need to be paid prior to the appointment being made.
On the day of the procedure your surgeon will assess you again prior to the procedure. Once the procedure has been completed you are able to recover in a private room if needed. A review appointment will be made 1-2 weeks later with one of our Nurses to assess the healing and to remove your sutures.
There is no cost for the review with the Nurse. If there is a subsequent need for a review with your Surgeon this would also carry no cost.
