Background
Mr Mather graduated from the University of Oxford in 2000. He trained in surgery in general in East Yorkshire and joined the Yorkshire higher surgical training program in Plastic Surgery in 2007.
He completed national fellowships in hand surgery and cosmetic and reconstructive surgery in Oxford and Yorkshire in 2012 and 2013.
Mr Mather presently works as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Pinderfields Hospital.
Specialism
Areas of clinical interest: Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery. He has also developed specialism in hand surgery and in body contouring following huge weight loss.
Mr Mather is a current member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and has a number of published papers.
